Terms & Conditions – Arakere Ladies PG

Welcome to Arakere Ladies PG, Arekere, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.
By staying at our premises, all residents agree to follow the below terms and conditions.
These guidelines are created to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for everyone.

1. Eligibility

• Accommodation is strictly available for ladies only (working professionals and students).
• Valid Government ID proof must be submitted at the time of admission.
• Residents must provide accurate personal and emergency contact details.

2. Admission & Deposit

• A refundable security deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
• Deposit will be refunded at the time of vacating after deducting any damages or pending dues.
• One-month notice is mandatory before vacating.
• If a resident leaves without notice, the deposit may be adjusted accordingly.

3. Rent Payment Policy

• Monthly rent must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.
• Delay in payment may attract a late fee.
• Rent once paid is non-refundable.
• Maintenance charges (if applicable) must be paid along with rent.

4. Room Allocation & Sharing

• Room allocation (2 sharing / 3 sharing / 4 sharing) will be decided by management.
• Management reserves the right to change room allocation if required.
• Residents must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in shared rooms.

5. Food & Dining Rules

• Three meals are provided daily as per schedule.
• Wastage of food should be avoided.
• Outside cooking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
• Mess timings must be followed.

6. Visitors Policy

• Male visitors are not allowed inside the rooms.
• Visitors are allowed only in the common area during permitted hours.
• Residents are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.

7. Safety & Security

• Biometric or secure entry system must be used properly.
• Residents must not share access credentials with outsiders.
• Illegal activities, smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Management is not responsible for loss of personal valuables.

8. Discipline & Conduct

• Maintain silence during night hours (usually after 10:30 PM).
• Any damage to property will be charged to the concerned resident.
• Harassment, misconduct, or disturbance to other residents will lead to immediate termination.

9. Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Daily housekeeping is provided.
• Residents must cooperate with staff.
• Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately.

10. Parking Rules

• Two-wheeler parking is available at the owner’s risk.
• Management is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.

11. Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to terminate accommodation if:
• Rules are violated.
• Rent is unpaid.
• Misconduct is reported.
• False information was provided at admission.

12. Changes to Terms

Arakere Ladies PG reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
